Order Acceptance Policy
♦ All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department. We may require additional verifications or information before shipping any order. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing and address verification.
♦ Allstates computers reserved the right to cancel without liability any order by reason of any cause or causes beyond its control as aforesaid. Allstates computers reserves the right in its sole discretion to allocate among customers or potential customers, defer or delay the shipment of any product which is in short supply.
Note: due to constant fluctuation of base martial price on some products, specially those with memory chips, all prices are subject to change without prior notice.

♦ For a security deposit, rentals may be secured with a credit card Authorization hold.
♦ All orders will be shipped after the payment is received and cleared. Or secured by security deposit
♦ For orders placed using PayPal, we only ship to the confirmed address listed on the PayPal account. We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses at this time.
♦ Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number in where your credit card statements are mailed so that this information can be verify. This is needed to expedite your order and to avoid any unnecessary delays in processing. orders can only be shipped directly to the same address as listed on your credit card statement. This is for your protection and enhances our security efforts for our customers.
♦ Your billing name should match the name on the credit card and your billing address should match your credit card's billing address.
♦ You may contact your credit card company to add the shipping address if the order will be shipped to different location than your credit card billing address.
Shipping and Handling Policy
♦ All rental equipment is shipped via UPS.
♦ We offer one round-trip flat rate on rental equipment.
♦ Free shipping on selected wholesale products only to the lower 48 Contiguous USA, Additional charges will be applied to merchandise shipped Expedited air shipments, to Alaska, Hawaii and International Destinations. Please ask for shipping charges prior to placing an order.
♦ All orders will be shipped after the payment is received and cleared.
♦ Please be aware that processing does not take place on weekends and holidays. We ship to confirmed addresses within the USA only unless stated otherwise, We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses at this time.
♦ While we do our best to keep our inventory well stocked, sometimes due to high demand we need to order some of the merchandise from suppliers or manufacturers. You will be kept informed of your order status via e-mail if we foresee any delay in shipping your order.
♦ Delivery time is based on order quantity, estimated delivery time for small wholesale orders is within 7-15 business days after the payment is received and cleared.
♦ For international shipments, all duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Return Policy
♦ At Allstates computers We stand behind the quality of our products and Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return the items for any reason, for wholesale purchases you may return any unopened items in their original condition, any issue with purchased items must be reported within 3 days and returned within 7 days after delivery, We will refund the sales amount, all refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.( We will waive the restocking fee if the return is a result of our error) Shipping and return shipping fees are not refundable.
♦ All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by buyer.
♦ All returned merchandise must be in new condition, in its original unopened manufacturer's box and include all original packaging material, Box, user manuals, matching serial/part # on our record and any accessories that came with the items.
♦ Allstates computers will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused. All products that are physically damaged from misused or improper installation are not eligible for replacement or refund.
♦ It is up to the buyer to determine the suitability of any product to meet their needs and to independently verify any critical information in the items description. Please ask any question you may have prior to purchase.
♦ If returned items found not to be defective will be shipped back at buyer's expense. Furthermore, if the product is found to be damaged from mishandling, including improper use or installation, the warranty will be voided.
♦ All returns must be pre-approved by Allstates computers.
♦ A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required prior to shipping your package back to us. Please e-mail us to obtain A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form
Loss of Data
♦ Allstates computers and it’s agents are not responsible for any loss of data that might be on computer's hard drive (you may request that Allstates computers backup your data at an additional stated price) however Allstates computers and it’s agents do not guarantee any data backup due to hardware or software failure or during the repair procedure. Customer my choose his/hers own data recovery Agent or use one that Allstates computers recommend to backup any critical data before bringing the computer to Allstates computers and providing copies of any licensed software if necessary.
♦ at Allstates computers we do everything to insure the integrity of your data, Data or program loss can happen due to hardware failure or other reasons out of our control.
♦ we recommend you keep 2-3 backups of all your valuable data.
Hardware Warranty
♦ Allstates Computers warrants all installed or sold hardware for thirty (30) days from date of purchase or installation, thereafter manufacturer warranties apply.
Computer Repair Warranty
♦ Software related issues are not covered by warranty. Be aware that repairs to remove viruses, spyware, adware, malware, Trojans may cause damage to software and data stored on your computer. This may require the re-installation of OS and application Software.
♦ Allstates Computers warrants repairs for thirty (30) days following the return of the computer to the client. If a failure occurs during the warranty period, service for the original problem only will be provided free of charge, The warranty does not include software.We will demonstrate that the repair is complete at the time you pick up your computer.
Liability
♦ Allstates Computers Repair Shop’s liability for damage to your computer is limited only to any damage which is determined to be caused by the Repair Shop’s negligent acts or negligent omissions. Our liability for repairs is limited to the total price of the repairs. Be aware that certain repairs, including but not limited to virus and spyware removal, may damage installed software and data on your computer. This is to be expected and may require the re-installation of your operating system, programs and data.
Upgrades
♦ Please be advised that it is your responsibility to understand the impact of upgrades to the operating system, applications and utility software. Such upgrades can lead to incompatibilities and the possible loss of data. Computer hardware and software work together and incompatibility may not become apparent until a later date. You are responsible for contacting the manufacturer of your software regarding compatibility issues before you request any upgrades.
Ownership
♦ You must own the computer that you bring in for repair(s). The Repair Shop will return the computer only to its owner when the repair(s) are complete. You must own and demonstrate ownership of any software that is to be installed or re-installed on your computer by Allstates Computers Repair Shop by bringing in the original Software CDs and the appropriate keys and/or serial numbers.
Privacy
♦ Our Technicians will not browse through your hard drive looking at your data; however, they may inadvertently see data during the course of their work. Please remove any personal or private files you do not want others to see.
Abandonment
♦ If you do not pick up your equipment and accessories within thirty (30) days after we notify you that the requested service is complete, we will treat your equipment as abandoned. Any and all charges are still your responsibility. Not responsible for any old parts, old computers and accessories left after thirty (30) days.
Data recovery
♦ If data recovery service is requested, even if the data is successfully recovered, there is a possibility that individual files and directories on the disk may still be inaccessible due to wear and tear of damaged, malfunctioning, and/or old media.
Changes to Site and Services
♦ Allstates computers reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate any aspect of its Site and Services, including, but not limited to, content, services, featured products, prices, information, photos, product description and categories without prior notice.
